Heated Flooring System

You would never know there is a heating system under this floor until your shoes come off and you become aware of the overall warmth in the room. Heated flooring can be installed in almost any space to complete floor coverage.

A series of heating element matt are laid to maximize the coverage while keeping the costs down. Removing the wire from the mesh and manually securing it to the substrate makes it possible to heat small or odd shaped areas.

Specially designed monitoring equipment is used during the installation process to ensure the safety of the heating element and that it remains undamaged. Duplicate thermostats are installed in the unlikely event of a failure. This photo is marking the location of one of the two thermostats. Voltage readings are taken before, during and after installation as a back up to the monitoring system. Detailed photos of the floor/heating elements are taken with specific measurements to record the location of all aspects of the heating system.
