Kitchen Remodel – Private home in East Walnut Hills

Mosaic back splash supports a grid system, which the kitchen was designed around.

The warm color tones and the variety of lighting make the kitchen not only an enjoyable to cook in but a friendly place to gather.

A bar height counter top custom made from concrete becomes a focal point of the room.

Inlaid solid cherry in the concrete counter ties it to the cherry cabinets.

With our knowledge of the process of forming concrete, we can create just about any shape for your counter. Our concrete counters are completely custom designed and hand made, giving a unique look to your space.

Elegant curved track lighting, pendant lights and up lights on the wall cabinets and down lighting on the counter tops provide the opportunity to have a bright kitchen for cooking or the mood lighting for a romantic dinner.

A programmable floor heating system is installed prior to placing the rainbow slate tile. Please see the heated floor section of this website.

Kitchen Remodel

The ceiling was removed due to water damage.  We uncovered the angled roof line and were able to modify the structural needs to allow it to remain open. The additional ceiling height and the angles created a exciting architectural feature. New windows, entry door, counter tops, tile floor and the warm paint colors completely transformed the kitchen from ordinary to extraordinary.

Bathroom Remodel – Hyde Park, Cincinnati, OH

Due to the extensive water damage to the floor of the bathroom and the basement below the entire floor and joists were removed.  When the demolition of walls and floor were completed we uncovered an area of a main supporting wall that had sever rot, which was the cause of several cracks in many walls throughout the house.  We repaired the structural damage and added supports to many of the floor joists to prevent further movement of the walls.  After completing the installation of the tile and the trim the bathroom was truly transformed.
 
Partnering with the homeowner materials selections were made and colors were chosen. New electric and plumbing was installed and insulation added.

Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom was part of an over all renovation on the entire 3rd floor of a 100 year old home. Our involvement started with the demolition, carried through installing; insulation, drywall, trim, plumbing, tile, cabinets and counter tops.

This bathroom was transformed from the standard white tile, white walls and roll linoleum flooring to a rich, warm and inviting room.  Imported Italian porcelain tile, walls and floor, black granite shelving in the shower and sink top and a custom built oak corner cabinet.
