Renovation of 3rd Floor

The third floor of this 100-year-old home was transformed into an 1100 sq. ft. master suit including a living room and a closet that has a washer and dryer in it. Our involvement started with the demolition, carried through installing; insulation, drywall, trim, plumbing, tile, cabinets and counter tops.

Stair Replacement

The overall appearance of this home changed considerably with the removal of the old steps and the installation of a new sidewalk and composite steps.

Patio Roof

Adding this simple roof turned the patio into a comfortable and inviting space. To save on the expenses the homeowner had the materials on-site did the final painting.
