Charcuterie Boards

The charcuterie boards are made using kiln-dried wood and water-resistant glue, which
​ensures a long-lasting board that is not prone to warping.
Each board is custom made by hand, glued, and sanded to a fine 220 grit finish.
I apply cutting board oil/conditioner to each board, so that your cutting board is ready to use immediately.

Charcuterie boards should be never be submersed or put in the dishwasher.   Wipe clean with warm water.  You can use a mild dish soap to wash or simply wipe with a damp dish cloth.  I recommend using cutting board oil/conditioner once or twice a year.
