Hyde Park Addition

With an expanding family the homeowners wanted to expand their home too.   The 600 sq. ft. family room and a full basement (the future man cave) gave them the space they desired.  Removing the back wall from the kitchen tied the two rooms together creating the feeling of one large room.  With careful planning during construction, the kitchen wall came down only after the addition was fully insulated and heated: a must considering the newborn and one of the coldest and snowiest winters Cincinnati has seen in years.
