Due to the extensive water damage to the floor of the bathroom and the basement below, the entire floor and joists were removed. When the demolition of walls and floor were completed, we uncovered an area of a main supporting wall that had severe rot which was the cause of several cracks in many walls throughout the house.
We repaired the structural damage and added supports to many of the floor joists to prevent further movement of the walls. New electric and plumbing was installed and insulation added.
After partnering with the homeowner to select materials and colors, we completed installation, and the bathroom was truly transformed.
