Private Deck Replacement

This homeowner experienced severe drainage issues in the backyard and under the existing deck, resulting in rotting of a significant portion of the home's back wall.

Once the existing deck was removed, Sawdust Therapy first corrected the drainage issues by installing box drains connected to a series of underground conduits. This diverted  the water away from the home.  The rotten portion of the back wall was then rebuilt.

Once the existing deck was replaced with composite decking, the homeowner looked forward to years of maintenance-free usage.
