“We were out of town so Greg handled everything. I was able to get the project done remotely thanks to Greg as he took full responsibility not only for the project but 'property management' without it being spelled out in the contract.  He was very forthcoming with information on cost, options, and what he needed from me.  He had a very good set of subcontractors that were eager to please because of the long-term relationship and the respect they had for Greg.  The project started as soon as we had possession of the house.  We handed him the keys and he got started.  He gutted half the house and redid: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, painting the entire inside and outside of the house, configuration (including eliminating back stairs, moving the laundry room from the basement to the 2nd floor, moving the back entrance, redoing the entire kitchen and the flow with the ex-dining room/new family room, redoing 2 bathrooms including merging 2 rooms to create a master bath, creating a walk-in closet).  We consider him a friend because he really cared.  His thoroughness, his attentiveness, and his professionalism make him a number one general contractor in our eyes.”
