Working With the ClientLocated in Hyde Park, this 250 square foot, 100-year old home addition included removing an old 3-story chimney, gutting approximately 40% of the home interior, laying the foundation, then building the addition and finishing the interior.
The interior renovation involved re-designing the interior around the now-missing chimney. The homeowners have a new kitchen, master bedroom, master bath room, 1/2 bath on the first floor and the addition is the new family room with 14' vaulted ceiling. The client opted to do much of the interior cabinet work and details himself, so we were free to concentrate on finishing a quality remodel in the most reasonable time frame possible. |
